Bookings and payment

Availability, prices and inclusions are confirmed by Tembo Safari Lodge in writing. A booking is accepted when the lodge confirms it and any requested deposit or payment has been received.

Changes and cancellation

Please contact us as early as possible if plans change. Cancellation, no-show, refund and rescheduling terms will be communicated with the booking confirmation and may vary by service or safari partner.

Guest responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate booking information, follow lodge and park rules, respect people and wildlife, and settle charges for services used. Safari activities are subject to park, weather, road and conservation conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Questions or complaints can be sent to info@tembosafari.com or raised directly with the lodge.
